Description
The superb Falcon 2000EX is an extended range version of it’s predecessor. Dassault’s EX iteration is powered by two 7,000-lb-thrust Pratt & Whitney Canada PW308C engines, and the business jet will have a 3,815-lb increase in the airplane’s fuel capacity through the addition of fuselage tanks in front of and aft of the wings. The newer EASY version also included the new Honeywell avionics suite called EASy includes 4 tubes of glass and perhaps exluding Gulfstream’s Planeview cockpit, the best integrated Avionics solution, with optional inclusion of a Heads Up Display. New EX’s are delivered either as the shorter range (reduced fuel) 2000DX or longer range 2000LX versions. The LX includes the same fuel as the EX but simply adds winglets (which can be retrofitted to EX’s), giving it a range capability of 4000 NM.
