The aircraft will be re-registered on the 2-Register operated for the new owners on Channel Jets new Air Operators Certificate out of Guernsey.
Senior Associate, Jonathan Russell recently joined SGR’s Global Transport Practice in London. Mr Russell commented that ‘SGR are delighted to have advised the new owner on the acquisition and operational aspects of the transaction. Generally, we have seen a healthy increase in pre-owned jet activity so far in 2018 and look forward to a very positive EBACE’.
